The 2024 Pacific hurricane season officially wraps up today, November 30. According to the National Hurricane Center (NOAA), the season began on May 15 in the Eastern Pacific and June 1 in the Central Pacific. Over the past months, thirteen tropical cyclones formed, with eleven of them earning names. Four reached hurricane status, and two became major hurricanes.
Los Cabos faced its share of stormy weather this year, including Tropical Storm Ileana, which developed on September 12, and a couple of heavy rain episodes before that. Despite these challenges, the region remains as resilient as ever, and its beauty and charm are undiminished.
Now that hurricane season is behind us, it’s time to enjoy the best of Cabo’s autumn weather. Today’s forecast? A gorgeous high of 78°F (26°C) during the day, cooling to a cozy 57°F (14°C) in the evening—perfect for outdoor activities, sunsets on the beach, or al fresco dining.
For those of you dealing with snow and freezing temperatures up north, why not make Cabo your next destination? It’s time to leave the shovels behind and embrace sunny skies, sandy beaches, and unbeatable vibes. See you in paradise!
