This event marked another chapter in the company’s impressive growth and expansion across Baja California Sur.
Today the number 1 company in its field, RONIVAL was founded in 2010 by Rocio Montaño and Nick Fong. Since then, it has evolved from a small, two-person operation into a dynamic enterprise with nearly 200 team members. Originally known as Los Cabos Agent, the company has rebranded to RONIVAL Real Estate & Property Management and extended its reach from Cabo to the major cities of Baja Sur, and San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato.
The grand opening event was attended by clients, friends, and the dedicated RONIVAL team, which includes agents, property management, concierge and vacation rentals staff, and directors. The celebration highlighted the collaborative spirit and hard work that have driven Ronival’s success.

The new Ronival office is located right behind the flagpole in the central plaza of San Jose, a prime spot that hosts the popular Art Walk every Thursday. This strategic location is expected to further enhance RONIVAL’s visibility and accessibility in the region.
