An environmental impact study presented to the Environment and Natural Resources secretariat (Semarnat) indicates a development named Delek is in process. The project includes 6 hotels, 100 residences, a commercial area, restaurants, pools, 2 beach clubs, water desalination plants and sewage treatment facilities. Work on preparing the land will begin in 2024 and the project’s phases will take 10 years to finish. The Delek development is located 6.5 miles north of Todos Santos, in the Las Playitas area.
