More Than 20 Neighborhoods in La Paz Will Benefit from OOMSAPAS’s Works

A new pumping system was installed at the Carrizal 3 well to improve water pressure in several neighborhoods in La Paz, according to OOMSAPAS (the Municipal Operating Agency of the La Paz Drinking Water, Sewerage, and Sanitation System).

The operation began at the well that corresponds to the Carrizal-La Paz aqueduct because the previous pump was experiencing electromechanical failures, necessitating the replacement of the equipment, explained Zulema Lazos, Director of the institution. She reiterated the authority’s commitment to continue improving the drinking water supply and hydrostatic pressure to the city’s homes and appreciates the public’s understanding during the repair period.
