A woman in La Paz found herself fined after her dog attacked a neighbor’s kitty, which unfortunately didn’t survive. The civil court of La Paz decided on a $550 USD fine for her, after completing the investigation, which included statements from both parties and reviewing photos taken of the incident.
On top of that, she had to cover an additional $100 USD for the cremation of the poor kitty. This is a good reminder to all pet owners out there!
