On Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM, anglers of all ages are invited to participate in a shore-fishing tournament at La Bocanita. The competition focuses on scaled fish (escama) and is divided into Adult and Children’s (Infantil) categories. The modality is shore fishing with catch-and-release principles, promoting responsible practices while still offering attractive cash prizes.

The start (disparo de salida) is at 7:00 AM, with weighing and awards taking place later in the morning, culminating at 12:30 PM.
