The secretariat of infrastructure, communications and transport (SICT) has revealed the plan to expand the road from the San Jose del Cabo International airport to La Ribera from two to four lanes. The executive project and total cost should be ready before the end of this year, and the SICT will seek the funding to proceed with the expansion in 2024. It’s about 40 kilometers of a winding road that will need several bridges to cross the arroyos. Let’s stay tuned.
