Off-Road Racers to Arrive Thursday

Over 100 off-road cars and bikes left Friday from Ensenada beginning the annual NORRA rally. The competitors should begin arriving in La Paz on Thursday – beware of traffic – then continuing the race to San Jose del Cabo, where the awards ceremony will take place.
