Unleash Summer Fun with Creative Activities for Children

Summer is a time for fun, relaxation, and creating memories with family. However, as a parent, you might find it hard to keep your kids entertained during those long summer days, especially when the weather isn’t cooperating, as the heat is too intense for outdoor activities.

But you do not need to worry; La Casa de la Cultura in La Paz has you covered with some fantastic indoor options that will keep your little ones engaged, educated, and entertained!

This place continues its tradition of offering high-quality Summer Courses, aimed at girls, boys, and young people in the region, combining theory and practice to provide attendees with a deeper understanding of artistic and cultural disciplines.

To provide a space for learning and recreation where participants can develop their skills and talents in various artistic disciplines, the ISC (Baja California Sur Institute of Culture) invites children and youth aged 4 to 17 to participate in the Summer Courses, which will be held at the Casa de la Cultura from July 21 to August 1, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The workshops offered include crafts, children’s theater, guitar (beginners and advanced), painting, drawing, classical ballet, editorial cartooning, dance, and modern music, with a fee of 450 pesos ($ 22) per discipline.

Those interested in participating should contact the phone number 612-122-9040.
