On November 7, the Tuna Pescadero Development held a ground-breaking event. Approximately 70 guests, which included clients, realtors, brokers, investors, media and friends, enjoyed tasty snacks and drinks, entertainment by the Stamina band, and got a first-hand look at what's to come.
The Tuna Pescadero Development is located within the orchard area of the small town of Pescadero. The quiet, peaceful little place is between Los Cerritos and Todos Santos, about 30 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. The Project is situated on about 3.5 hectares or 8.6 acres.
Two residential options adapt to a buyer’s needs, preferences and lifestyle with a Villa and Townhome that differ in size and features. Their development plan is a project of 66 units comprising 30 Villas and 36 Townhomes.
The Tuna Pescadero Villas will be their most spacious option, distributed over two floors with a rooftop and a basement that features an independent entrance. The Villas feature three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Residents can happily enjoy a daily morning swim on the rooftop pool or relax at sunset with a glass of wine. The size will be 307.9 square meters or 3,314 square feet.
"Our Townhomes are smaller, but no less splendid. Living quarters consist of two floors, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one-half bathroom and a roof terrace designed for a homeowner's entertainment. Imagine having morning coffee on the patio or stargazing from the deck," said development spokesperson, Deiva Gonzalez. Every Townhome will be 222.6 square meters or 2,395.6 square feet.
The Tuna Pescadero properties will also include a community clubhouse that will offer a swimming pool, pickleball court, juice bar, cactus rooftop, a barbecue space with grill, a gym and CrossFit workout area, hammock area, sunbed space, fire pit, and controlled access for members and their guests. In addition, there will also be a playground area for children and a small garden.
"We are aware we face a crucial challenge not to compromise the ecological balance and natural beauty of our land. In this context, Tuna Properties aims to stand out with its sustainable approach and its unwavering commitment to the protection of the environment and the preservation of local flora and fauna and a design that respects and integrates with the natural environment," said Deiva Gonzalez.
"We use sustainable technologies to minimize its environmental footprint. This includes solar energy systems, energy efficiency and the reuse of residual water for irrigation and other non-potable uses. We are committed to educating our community and future residents about the importance of conservation and coexistence with local flora and fauna, offering volunteer activities to involve the community in the preservation of the natural environment."
The Tuna Pescadero Residences are the work of architecture and design firm Torres, Trueba & Lopez as well as LETAYF, a Mexican firm based in Mexico City (CDMX) specializing in residential, cultural, commercial, hospitality and urban design. This project is designed to create a fluid connection between the interior and exterior, between a beautiful home and Mother Nature.
