But don’t worry, it’s in the best way possible! The Los Cabos Tourism Fund (FITURCA) has shared that last year around 5,000 Japanese tourists arrived in Los Cabos, cameras ready and eager to explore. And the number is only growing. Thanks to FITURCA’s promotion efforts in Japan, it’s estimated that by the end of this year, we’ll have welcomed at least 7,000 Japanese visitors to our beautiful shores.
Surprisingly, they’re not just here for sushi (although, let’s admit, we do have some fantastic spots!). Their main attractions? Los Cabos’ world-class golf courses and our stunning dive spots. It seems that these adventurous tourists can’t get enough of the serene greens and the rich marine life our region offers.
With the numbers climbing, it’s clear Los Cabos is becoming a hot spot for Japanese travelers seeking adventure and relaxation. So, let’s get ready to welcome even more of our friends from Japan!
