Rain or shine, with alternative routes at the ready, the ladies of Los Cabos Tomatoes welcomed the month of September with their Dutch Lunch at El Peregrino, nestled in downtown Cabo off of Calle Ignacio Zaragoza and 20 de Noviembre.
The restaurant is known for its meat seasoning and the carefully chosen selection of cuts of meat, which are roasted to perfection, along with fresh seafood, providing the ultimate culinary experience. On the menu for starters, the ladies enjoyed an ambrosia salad with mixed leafy greens, including arugula, romaine, radicchio, red leaf, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, mixed nuts, and honey balsamic vinaigrette with Caribbean chiles. For mains, a variety of protein options such as beef, chicken, or shrimp were available. Finish up with a delicious creme brulee made with pomegranate liqueur and served with wild berries.
