The La Paz Mayor has authorized the local cops to ask for a Christmas cash donation while at work in the streets of the City. This is a tradition, given that city cops don’t make much money. Their annual salary, depending on their rank, averages 10 grand a year. And you wondered why they take bribes the rest of the year? Now you know.
