La Paz Forbids Smoking on the Beach

In a surprising notice, the La Paz government has declared the iconic Balandra beach, the most beautiful in Mexico, a non-smoking area. The decision comes in view of the large number of cigarette butts found on it which highly contaminate ocean water. This is the first non-smoking beach in Mexico. Expect others to follow.
