The Arias Consulting poll house revealed the results of their investigation about what state in Mexico is the happiest. Our Southern Baja state is in the number 6 position, with 59.5 percent of 15,635 people saying they’re happy as a clam living here. We are also among the five safest in Mexico, with domestic violence being the number one problem, as homicides have reduced 67 percent in the first three months of this year.
