Two Luxurious Resorts to Open this Year

They are the Park Hyatt & Aman hotels

Los Cabos has long been a top destination for U.S. travelers, with continued growth in both tourism and real estate. The highly anticipated Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo Del Sol, originally scheduled to open in April 2025, is now expected to debut in August due to unforeseen construction delays.

This five-star luxury resort will feature 163 guestrooms and suites, five swimming pools, a 59,000-square-foot fitness and wellness center, five distinctive restaurants, a beach club and bar, event and meeting spaces, and access to the renowned Cabo Del Sol Golf Course. The expansive wellness center includes a tranquil spa, nail salon, 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, and lap pool. Dining options will range from a Mediterranean-inspired signature restaurant to casual Mexican street food. Guests can also enjoy poolside bars and a bodega-style coffee shop.

Developed by Mexico City-based SOMA Group, the property also includes 11 fully furnished villas and 8 residences. Each villa features soothing color palettes, hand-crafted wood and stone finishes, indoor/outdoor showers, a private pool and jacuzzi, a modern kitchen, expansive living areas, a covered terrace, outdoor kitchen and dining space, bar, family room, garage, and more. Villas start at $10.5 million US, while residences are priced from $5.4 million. Owners will have exclusive access to hotel amenities, a rental program managed by Park Hyatt, and an optional membership at the private Cove Club Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

While ideal for romantic getaways, the resort is also family-friendly, offering “Camp Hyatt,” a kids’ club where children can enjoy supervised activities while parents relax poolside or play golf.

Nightly rates at the Park Hyatt Los Cabos are expected to average $1,000 US.
