Smile for the Camera!

Medano Beach will be under video surveillance

With the arrival of spring breakers in Los Cabos, authorities have begun evaluating the installation of video surveillance cameras at El Médano Beach, a popular spot for students.

The municipal coordinator of ZOFEMAT (Federal Maritime Land Zone) emphasized their commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of both visitors and residents by improving beach conditions and maintaining a peaceful environment.

This initiative, directed by municipal president Christian Agúndez, aims to enhance security at one of Los Cabos’ most iconic locations. Evaluations will cover the entire beach to ensure proper camera placement for effective monitoring.

This effort reflects the XV City Council of Los Cabos’ dedication to creating a safe environment for residents and tourists alike.
