Founded in 1947, the critically acclaimed Varna International Ballet arrives in Los Cabos following a tour to 26 cities in 19 Mexican states. The play will be presented on November 4 at the Cultural Pavilion in Cabo San Lucas at 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. The Majestic show brings along 30 international dancers directed by Svetlana Tónsheva, former ballerina of the Kremlin ballet and choreographer of this tour.
Last year, the ballet company presented Swan Lake and the Nutcracker in several states of Mexico and, in this visit, will hold a special class on their Russian technique with local students who buy the first 50 tickets to the show.
