La Paz Mayor Warns of Investment Risk

The new “Punta Norte” housing development located a tad outside of La Paz on the way north, is not legal, warned Milena Quiroga, mayor of La Paz. The huge development-to-be has not proved that it will generate its own potable water with a desal plant and therefore the construction permits have not been issued, yet they are selling. You have been warned.
