Southern Baja Drops Face Masks – Part 2

First, the state health department drops the mandatory use of face masks in stores, restaurants, and other enclosed spaces. This week, it announced that the use of face masks in schools are not mandatory anymore, but optional for both teachers and students. It is also optional in all Mexican airports.
