Since he took office last September, Oscar Leggs (known as El Profe for his career as a teacher) said that there is enough water in Los Cabos to supply the population. So far, working hard, he and his water supply team have found two new wells and took one away from the private water truck owners. One well only is already producing 5 gallons per second which will benefit 25,000 families in Cabo San Lucas. Eureka!
