It’s Holy Week! Let’s Go Camping!

All beach towns in Mexico experience a huge influx of Mexicans, locals and visitors, over the Holy Week, with some extending through Easter week. Holy week’s Thursday, Friday and Saturday are not official holidays but banks, government offices and some businesses close for the weekend. Many visitors come from other parts of Mexico and many of them camp out. If you don’t like crowds and large families and groups, stay home and enjoy the wine.
