Baja Brewing Co., the artisanal brewery located in downtown San Jose del Cabo won the 2021 Copa Cerveza Mexico (Mexico’s Beeer Cup) held last week in Mexico City. Out of three categories, small, medium and large brewery, Baja Brewing won the Large Brewery Award. The competition was certified by the BJCP (BEER JUDGE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM) with 28 International judges participating in tasting more than 600 different artisanal beers from 130 breweries around Mexico.
