Authorities and Citizens as well

An awareness campaign for public space cleanup was held in Cabo San Lucas. The campaign covered more than 6 miles of the Four lane, from the Bull Ring to the Punta Ballena Bridgecleaning up 36 tons of waste.

“This campaign is not only about collecting trash but also about encouraging awareness of everybody’s environmental responsibility” said Daniel García, Coordinator of Public Services in Cabo San Lucas.

He also indicated that the event included participation from members of Public Security, the Municipal Preventive and Transit Police, the National Guard, the Fire Department, and volunteers who actively joined this cause. Finally, he noted that these actions are part of a comprehensive strategy to dignify public spaces, promote social co-responsibility, and strengthen collaborative efforts between Cabo’s citizens and the government.
