It’s not one, but two new restaurants. That big square structure being built across from Costo and Soriana on the fourlane to San Jose del Cabo right past the Pemex gas station, will be two newrestaurants by the Rosa Negra group, who already own / operate the Rosa Negra, Craft, Taboo, Parole, Funky Geisha, Chambao, Mamazzita, Señor Frog’s, and the Mandala and La Vaquita night Clubs.
One of the restaurants will be named Harry’s, which was a concept created by the Carlos n’ Charlie’s restaurant chain in Cuernavaca, south of Mexico City many years ago. The second one will be an upscale Greek restaurant, still unnamed.
The group calls themselves “Ultra High End Entertainment Restaurants with each concept designed to create extraordinary, challenging and surprising experiences.”
With over ten Brand names, they also operate several properties in Cancun, Tulum, Isla Mujeres and Madrid, Spain.
