Los Cabos May Get Help From Europe

Margarita Diaz, head of the Los Cabos water supply agency (known as Oomsapas, for its looong name in Spanish, revealed that her agency is seeking financial support from Europe through FIDEGOC. The latter stands for “Foundation committed to the search for trustworthy governments around the world,” a global entity which “main interest is to serve the development of trustworthy governments and citizens.” The financial help could come as a loan at very low interest rates, or partial loan and part donation. The monies would be used to improve the water supply infrastructure and operate new water wells throughout the municipality.
