Balandra Beach to Open Soon

So said our state governor, Victor Castro, a day after his administration received an oil Skimmer courtesy of the Baja Ferries company and the La Paz Partners Conservancy, an environmental conservation organization, stated that the gorgeous Balandra beach should be open to the public again in about two weeks. Hoooray!
