We Have a New Plan to Save Water

There is a new agreement between the government of La Paz and builders and developers. The water used in construction will only be treated water, not drinking water. Same thing for the water used to water dirt roads. Perhaps they can extend the plan to Los Cabos, were construction seems to be unstoppable?
