Several business organizations have complained that there is not enough qualified personnel in Los Cabos and the hotel association stated that the hotels are working with 5 to 10 percent less workers than needed – without affecting their operation. Then last week the city government held an Employment Fair and only 400 positions were offered. Sigh.
