How Many Gringos Spend the Winter in Cabo?

Glad you asked. The Southern Baja Immigration office revealed that up to 25,000 Canadian and Americans live in Cabo through the winter. Those would be the ones with permanent residency status, but does not include those who enter our state as tourists and spend all allowed six months down here. What are you waiting for?
