State Health Department Reverses Decision

Under pressure from the hotels in La Paz, the health department decided that the beaches will be open during the Holy Week / Easter Week vacation period. The beaches will be guarded by the National Guard, state and city police, to ensure that they are occupied to a maximum of 50 percent of their capacity and the use of face masks and social distancing will be enforced.
