Prediction: Mexico Will Become 3rd Most Visited Country

Three tourism agencies, The World Tourism Organization (WTO), Mexico’s National Tourism Business Council (CNET) and the country’s Tourism Secretariat (SECTUR) are predicting that Mexico will jump from  7^th to  3^rd position in the world ranking of most visited countries. This would not have been possible without Covid-19, which has caused many countries to close their borders to international travelers or force visitors and nationals returning home to quarantine.
