New Restaurant to Open in La Paz

Multi awarded Chef Carlos Valdez, of the Tatanka restaurant fame in La Paz, will open his second restaurant, “El Caimancito” inside the Orchid House Baja boutique hotel (formerly the governor’s mansion) on El Caimancito beach, next to the La Concha Hotel, this May 15.
