Oomsapas, the Los Cabos water supply agency, found a major underground leak right in front of Cabo Bello and have been digging and digging since last night. They created a 20 feet deep crater, accidentally cut off a fiber optic cable, but found the culprit: the connection between two sections of pipe split open and who knows how long it’s been leaking. Part of the lane is closed and traffic is moving slowly with a National Guard cruiser stationed. The cop is enjoying his cell phone.
