New $127.5 Million Development Around the Corner

The Mexico City-based Sordo Madaleno (SOMA) arquitectural firm and Hyatt have obtained a $127.5 million USD “Green” credit to build the new hotel and residences Park Hyatt Los Cabos. It will be located in the Cabo del Sol development along the fourlane between Cabo and San Jose. The new, 27 acres property will feature green roofs, reduce energy consumption and the landscape will feature only endemic vegetation. Hoooray!
