Two Holland America cruise lines and a Princess Cruises are anchored in La Paz Bay, with no passengers, only the crew. They will be here for two weeks but the crew is not allowed to come down to the city. Did you know that some crew members have been at sea for over a year, spending most of their time in their cabins with a ban to mingle with their coworkers and limited food menu? Poor guys!
