An ASG (“Aéreo Servicio Guerrero”) aircraft lost communication on the morning of Thursday, May 2, during a flight on the Guerrero Negro-Hermosillo route, triggering emergency alarms and prompting the mobilization of various authorities.
According to an official statement issued by the company, the aircraft registered XA-UJF suffered a failure around 7:50 a.m., leading to a total loss of contact.
Thanks to the pilot’s skill, the six crew members on board were rescued alive. It was reported that the plane’s captain declared an emergency, activating code 7700, and disappeared from radar before maneuvering and landing in a dry stream near the “Los Corrales” ranch.
