Plan to Reduce Vehicle Traffic Proposed

Southern Baja’s lawmaker Lorena Gonzalez presented an initiative in Congress that might help reduce vehicle traffic up to 20 percent during weekdays. Public transportation and taxis would not be included. The debate will begin next week. Stay tuned.
