Mole Festival in Loreto This Saturday!

Most Gringos acquainted with Mexican cuisine have tried the famous Mole in one of its many versions. This Saturday January 28, the town of Loreto will hold its Ruta del Mole, or Mole Route, with the participation of 22 chefs. Mole is a complicated “salsa” to prepare, as it includes at least 16 ingredients and there are about 50 different types of mole. Enjoy local wines, mixology, music and traditional regional dances.
