Literally. Los Cabos Mayor Oscar Leggs announced that several “U” turns will soon be opened along the highway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. This will allow drivers to return to either town in case of an accident blocking traffic. By the way, the city’s campaign to reduce speeding along the fourlane is paying off. Accidents have been reduced by 50 percent so far.
