Gringos Are Increasing Home Prices

A report released by Mexico’s Federal Mortgage Society indicates that home prices in Los Cabos and Quintana Roo (think Riviera Maya) have increased due to high demand from foreigners. In our Southern Baja state, the average home price has increased by 12.2 percent, while the spike in Los Cabos has reached the biggest year-over-year increase, 13 percent.
