Former Governor’s Mansion Changes Hands

The luxurious El Caimancito (little caiman) home, which was used as the state Governor’s mansion for many years, has been rented. The current governor decided not to live in it and will now be an Orchid Boutique Hotel for $33,000 USD per month, plus 7 percent of the net profit. It is located next to the La Concha hotel on the road to Pichilingue.
