The sewage treatment plant located near the estuary overflowed – again – a few days ago, killing dozens, maybe hundreds of fishies and sending a stench odor throughout the entire town. The plant is operated by Fonatur, a federal agency. The Los Cabos Mayor demanded improvements, or that Fonatur turns the plant over to the city government. It now looks that a real change could take place.
