November 13-16.  Los Cabos Big Game Charter Boat Classic returns forits-anniversary tournament. This is a free competition for visiting anglers where, instead of an entry fee, participants book a local fishing charter and the crew provides the expertise, experience and tackle needed to compete. Walk or run race, crossing the sierra mountains at Los Naranjos, starting from Km. 54.5 on the road near Buenavista in the East Cape, to end at Km. 73 other side of the mountain, on road from Cabo to Todos Santos. Organized by the Cabo San Lucas Ciclovia. Tough terrain, toughies only or you’re going to die out there. gorgeous view of the mountains. Maximum finish time of 12 hours. January 10-20. Tropic of Cancer Concert Series. Hosted by the rock n’ roll band Cordovas, for two weekends of music, love, and art in the small Baja town with proceeds aiding the local fire department. Tickets now available from $20 to $80 varying with rate of exchange. So far, nearly 40 bands and artists, both local, national and international, including American singer, songwriter Joan Osborne, former member of The Dead.
