Another Option For A Well Priced Condo

Golf course property in San Jose has all the Gringo style bells and whistles

Sendero is a condominium project in San Jose on the grounds of the master planned community of Club Campestre. This modestly priced project takes advantage of the amenities of the upscale homes in that community, including access to the golf course and the beach club and the guard gated security.

This is a collection of four four story buildings, (with elevators), that affords ocean views. There is an expansive central swimming pool. Also several BBQ areas, a sandy lagoon, even an area of hammocks, and plenty of parking, some of it underground.

Rendering showing Sendero when it’s completed. So far it’s one building, the pool, and nice grounds. The furnishings are to American standards, with walk in closets, double sink master baths, and all stainless steel and granite kitchens. The floors are marble.

Each balcony has a BBQ and Jacuzzi on it, and each unit is already wired for Internet and TV.

One building is finished now, and partially occupied, so you can move in tomorrow. Well, in 30 days, when it closes. Yes, it will be a fast close as the Mexico City developer of this chunk of land bought the land from the developer of the master planned community which has been through many closings: This will be a very clean deal, an easy one for a change. The builder is a pro, having completed about a dozen residential communities on the mainland.

There are six different models starting from 1500 square feet at  $295,00 all the way up to 2700 square feet, as big as a house, for about half a million.

We like these so much because there are a collection of no maintenance condos that you can close up and go back to the Great White North when it’s behaving like the Great Green North, and not have any worries about your winter home here. Or if you live here year round, you get all the amenities without the hassle and without breaking the bank.

For more info, you can swing by as there’s an American sales person who speaks pretty good English, (OK, she’s from San Diego, she speaks better than OK English), who will show you around. Club Campestre is in San Jose, at the corner of the fourlane and the toll road to the airport. Take the toll road that goes off from the big traffic circle, but only for a few hundred yards, there will be a sign to Club Campestre. Tell the guard you’re going to the Sendero sales office, it’s a quarter mile up on your left. Big signs, can’t miss it.
