First Storm of the Season May Land in Cabo This Weekend

The National Hurricane Center (NCH) has reported that a low-pressure system in Mexico’s south could become the season’s first storm in the Eastern Pacific. Although not many major hurricanes are expected this year as the La Niña  phenomenon wasn’t representative and El Niño is yet to show up, we better start preparing. Specially if you own beachfront or ocean view from a hill property. At the very minimum, some refreshing rain and lots of mud are expected this weekend. You have been warned.
