A group of tourists was stranded near the Los Cabos Arch due to strong ocean currents that carried them away from the tranquility of the beach known as ‘Love Beach,’ preventing them from swimming back.
The rescue teams applied an intervention protocol, allowing the tourists to be transported safely on to the “PROFEPA (Federal Attorney for Environmental Protection)100-foot boat.
On Sunday night, the disappearance of a group of young people who went for a walk to Cerro de las Antenas, in Cabo San Lucas known for its amazing hiking trails, with the summit reaching 817 meters (2680 feet) above sea level, was reported.
The M60 Rescue Unit and the Specialized Drone Unit were activated for the search efforts.
The group was located near the Ventanas Phase 3 in El Tezal. The kids were tourists and as they were in good health they were taken to their hotel
Hikers can enjoy many panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding landscapes. But they can get lost too.
