The state congress is debating whether or not to create new permit payments for restaurants around Southern Baja. These are: Sanitary conditions ($25 USD), Renewal of sanitary conditions ($2.50 USD) and renewal of lost permit or sanitary conditions permits ($10 USD). The values may not seem much, but the restaurants association is already saying “enough is enough,” mostly because they are just recovering from the losses caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
