U.S. Federal Mask Mandate Dropped

It feels like a different day from yesterday! A Florida federal judge ruled against the federal mandate requiring dacial coverins on all forms of public transportation, including on airplanes and airports. U.S. District Court Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle said the mandate exceeded the authority of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which failed to justify the order and didn’t follow proper rulemaking procedures.
