“Fred,” a 14 year old Chihuahua owned by the nice people at the Baja Tasty ice cream shop is missing. He was last seen near Baja Tasty, wandering around and was allegedly picked up by a couple of foreigners who took him. If you have seen him or know his whereabouts, please call 612-145-0025.
